Hi! I’m Chris. I’ve spent the last 10 years in Real Estate on all sides of the property equation, from property management, to home solutions and industrial sales, to my most recent role as Founding Account Executive at an EV charging startup.

There I encountered a major problem: the needs of property owners are vastly out of sync with the objectives of charging vendors. From how I saw it, vendors only cared about how many chargers they could push onto properties and charge a monthly fee for, not how many would actually be used, or when/if property owners would ever get their money back. Property owners, as usual, were getting a raw deal.

So I set out to fix this and turn the odds back to the landlord’s favor by developing a complete end to end process that takes property owners and managers from “I don’t know anything about EV charging” or “I spent too much money on my chargers and no one is using them” to “I am a confident expert and have a waitlist of residents who are happy to pay for and use them.”
