About Me

I’ve spent the last 10 years in Real Estate roles, from commercial property management, to industrial sales, to (most recently) my tenure at an EV charging startup .

During my time selling EV chargers to multifamily stakeholders like you, I encountered a problem: the objectives of EV charging vendors and property owners are NOT in sync. In fact, they’re diametrically opposed. As a property owner/investor myself from a family of real estate veterans, I was tired of seeing owners getting a raw deal. So I spent the next few months building a solution that gives landlords complete control over their charging projects.

The result? A complete, step-by-step, virtually-foolproof system that takes owners & managers from “I don’t know anything about EV charging” or “I spent too much money on my chargers and no one is using them” to “I am a confident expert and have a waitlist of residents who are happy to pay for and use them.”
